Admins, staff and students with an Interviewa account can connect Interviewa to ChatGPT. Find Interviewa in ChatGPT's apps, sign in with your Interviewa account and approve the connection. ChatGPT then acts as you, with your own permissions.

• Hiring teams can list and create campaigns, review pipelines, search candidates, read CVs and interview results, and send invites.
• Trainers can manage training campaigns and groups, invite students and read results and performance.
• Students can read their own results, strengths and areas to improve, assigned campaigns and job consultant advice, and create practice interviews to take in Interviewa.

ChatGPT asks before it changes anything or sends email. It cannot delete campaigns, manage billing or users, or take interviews for you.

You can disconnect at any time from ChatGPT's app settings, or in Interviewa:

• Students and trainers: Account Settings, Connected Apps.
• Hiring admins and staff: Organisation Settings, Integrations, Connected apps.

Disconnecting in Interviewa stops ChatGPT's access straight away. If you need help removing access, email us.
